Closed rhinoplasty in young woman to reduce a bump

Long term results of closed, preservation rhinoplasty!

These photographs demonstrate natural results over 4 years after rhinoplasty surgery. While individual results and experiences will always vary, the closed approach to rhinoplasty tends to result in less swelling and more predictable healing.
