Rhinoplasty - Cosmetic Before & After Case 6

Some patients request subtle changes to their appearance without a major change. A woman in the Washington DC area requested minor refinement of her nose. She had a small bump and slight nasal asymmetry. She also had chronic nasal obstruction from a deviated septum. The patient had computer simulation to help visualize possible surgical outcomes, which allowed her to develop an appropriate cosmetic plan together with Dr. Chaboki. She underwent a finesse rhinoplasty via an endonasal approach (no external incisions) and a septoplasty. The patient had minor bruising and swelling from the minimally invasive nasal procedure. She is happy with her rhinoplasty results and improved breathing.
