How do I know if I need eyelid surgery or a brow lift?

Upper eyelid surgery primarily removes excess skin from the top eyelid, and generally does not directly change the eyebrow. A brow lift not only lifts the eyebrow, but also pulls up some extra skin from the upper eyelid area. For some, a brow lift alone may be sufficient to improve the appearance of the upper eyelid. For others, an upper blepharoplasty combined with brow lift surgery at the same time is preferred for upper facial rejuvenation.
