Normally, the tip of the nose naturally moves a bit when one smiles. This Maryland woman had an excessive droopy tip of the nose when smiling. She underwent finesse rhinoplasty in Maryland to improve facial balance via an endonasal approach, without any external incisions. The tip of the nose is in a better position and does not droop anymore. She also had deviated septum surgery (septoplasty) to improve nasal breathing. The patient declined reduction of her nasal hump.
