Closed, preservation rhinoplasty in middle aged woman

This Washington rhinoplasty patient disliked her bump and droopy nasal tip. She had prior nasal injuries and surgery earlier in life with scars. She had always wanted rhinoplasty to improve her profile, as she felt the nose didn't fit her face.

This patient chose a closed, preservation rhinoplasty. After photographs are a few months after surgery. Swelling is still present, and the nose continues to become refined over time. She is thrilled with her natural results!
