A bulbous nasal tip is due to strong lower nasal cartilage in this Washington DC area woman. The tip of the nose was also overprojected. Her nose was narrowed and refined. The nasal tip was brought lower and the bump reduced via an open rhinoplasty.

She also complained of excess skin of the upper eyelid, which sagged over the eyelashes and made her appear tired. She had an upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with skin removal but without fat removal. Her eyes appear more open and less tired, creating a natural looking youthful eyelid.
